Craft class begin again Wednesday January 30th 12:00.  We look forward to seeing everyone.

Using our throw-a-ways and our natural resources is always a win win.  So for January all of you coffee addicts, we have a use for coffee cans!  We are going to build a bird feeder with them, and pieces of pine bark and limbs for decor.  They are not only pretty but good for our feathered friends.  This is one that was made for Christmas.

They make great gifts.  It's always good to give someone something you have invested part of your time and efforts in.

Our August craft is one you will not want to miss.  As always the goal is to use what nature gives us and to reuse or recycle the old into something new and beautifully yours.  This month was inspired by, Lisa Span, one of our regular craters and her new interest in buttons.

Our project is a tree of life using buttons, dried limbs, bark and paints on canvas or if you wish just a button tree.  Either way it will make a beautiful piece of art for your wall or give as a gift.

We will be supplying a 8 x 11 canvas and buttons, but if you are doing a tree of life and want to make it more personal bring buttons from family clothing or from your button collection.  Especially bring extra buttons if you bring a bigger canvas.

Craft day will be Wednesday July 25th 12:00/2:00.  If you have thumbed through the pages of a home decor magazine, visited a craft fair or a home decor store you have probably noticed all the wood sign wall decor.  For this months craft we are going to try our hand at creating our own.

You can bring your own wood if you have something you want to use or we will have pieces of wood here and the paints.  Also, we will have a selection of wording.  There will be a charge of $15 for our members and $20 for non members.  This includes all supplies.

Hope to see you then.  If you have never been to our craft classes look back through previous months post and see the crafts we have done.   Mine never turns out as beautiful as these pictures, but that's ok.  We always have lots of fun trying.
