Come join us Wednesday July 26th for our monthly craft class. Our project for this month will be a beech theme welcomed sign that will be both fun to make and a pretty addition to your summer decor. As always you need not be an experienced crafter as all our crafts are simple. Diane Hardy will be demonstrating and helping the class in assembling.

Our craft project for June will be helping prepared for the celebrating of Independence Day with a wall or door hanging made of burlap of the American flag. Class begins at 12:00, and as always all supplies will be furnished. We look forward to seeing everyone.
EXPLORING THE WORLD OF ART
Beginning Friday June 30th - July 21st (4 consecutive Fridays) 1-3PM ages 7 and up. Free admission to museum members-- $3.00 supply fee to non-members. We look forward to spending time with your children this summer.
Join us, Wednesday May 31st for craft day. Our project this month will be another adventure in Mosaics. This time we will be using fabrics and canvas. We will be creating a colorful center piece for the table or wall hanging using fabric and artist canvas. As always all supplies will be furnished.

For our April craft project we will be doing the first of a series of mosaic projects that we will be doing over the summer. We are starting with a cake pan stepping stone. It is fun and easy. We will be working as a class taking a step at a time together. All supplies will be provided, but we encourage everyone if they have a favorite "something" dish, marbles, keys, buttons, or whatever bring them for your step.
We have designated all monies from the class over the summer to go toward reaching our goal of $14,000 to update our electrical and lighting at the museum. Come have fun with us and help us to reach this goal. We look forward to seeing you. Come by or call the museum if you have any questions.
BY REQUEST WE WILL BE DOING DECOUPAGE AS OUR CRAFT PROJECT FOR MARCH. AS ALWAYS, ALL CRAFT PROJECT MATERIALS WILL BE SUPPLIED. A NUMBER OF JANUARY PARTICIPATES ASK THAT WE DO A MEMORY BOX OR KEEPSAKE BOX. WE WILL HAVE SOME SMALL BOXES THAT CAN BE CRAFTED INTO THESE AND PICTURES ECT TO WORK WITH, BUT WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK THROUGH YOUR PICTURES, RIBBONS, BITS OF LACE, CARDS ANYTHING THAT IS MEANINGFUL TO YOU TO MAKE IT MORE PERSONALLY YOURS. WE WILL ALSO HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE SELECTION TO THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO DO A BOX OR IF YOU HAD RATHER DECOUPAGE SOMETHING THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE BRING IT TO WORK WITH.
