MUSEUM CALENDAR OF EVENTS

Museum craft day is Wednesday November 27th.  Our special guest will be Rebecca Homan.  She will be helping the class make Christmas earrings for the Holidays to give as gifts or if you prefer just new ones for your own wardrobe spruce up. Class begins at 12:00 and everyone is invited to come.  If you are a member, the charge is $15.00 and $20.00 to nonmembers.


This will be our last craft day until January so everyone please try to come.  Lets make it a party.
  I am looking forward to the new year of crafts and would like to further explore the possibilities of natural and recycled materials for crafts.   Throughout the year we will have special quest hopefully bringing new ideas along the way, and if anyone has special interest send me an email and tell me about it.


Beginning at 4:00 pm December 5th, Centre parade night,  you are invited to our open house and the Museum's  Alabama 200th birthday celebration parade of Christmas trees.  Come and vote on your favorite tree and while you are deciding which to vote for you can enjoy Christmas music by our quest Linda Rakestraw.  Also we will have Christmas crafts and jewelry for sale.  Out front while you are waiting on the parade to start we will be selling hot dogs, Chile, coffee and hot chocolate.  So please plan to come early to the parade and spend some time with us.

Friday December 13th join us on a Christmas in the Smokies weekend.
