AUGUST CRAFT DAY

Our August craft is one you will not want to miss.  As always the goal is to use what nature gives us and to reuse or recycle the old into something new and beautifully yours.  This month was inspired by, Lisa Span, one of our regular craters and her new interest in buttons.

Our project is a tree of life using buttons,dried limbs, bark and paints on canvas or if you wish just a button tree.  Either way it will make a beautiful piece of art for your wall or give as a gift.

We will be supplying a 8 x 11 canvas and buttons, but if you are doing a tree of life and want to make it more personal bring buttons from family clothing or from your button collection.  Especially bring extra buttons if you bring a bigger canvas.
